Terms and Conditions for the Sudden Strike 5 Closed Beta Community Competition 2025
By entering our ‘Sudden Strike 5 Closed Beta Community Competition’ you are deemed to have read these rules and agreed to abide by their conditions.

The Competition:
Win a key for the upcoming Closed Beta of Sudden Strike 5 and be a part of the journey! Share YOUR favorite mission from the Sudden Strike series by submitting it as a comment to the posts on one of the following platforms:

The winners will be selected via jury and then tagged in the comments, to be contacted by us via Direct Message on the respective platforms on July 30th.

Winners will be sent a link to the Non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Only once this is agreed upon and signed, we will send the key that will grant access to the Closed Beta.

Terms:
The submission period for your comments runs from July 25th till July 29th, 11:59pm CEST.
Entry is open to all residents of the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland aged 18 years and over, other than those employees of the Kalypso Media Group and the associated developer studios, and their immediate families.
The starting date of the Closed Beta is not disclosed yet and will only be disclosed to the winner after the NDA has been signed. Only after signing the NDA, the winner will get access to the Closed Beta.

Entry rules:
One entry per person. Duplicates will not be considered.
Do not post images or texts that are obscene, vulgar, pornographic, hateful, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory, or which otherwise may violate any local or international law.
No purchase necessary to enter.
The Closed Beta key will only be distributed to the winner after they have signed the NDA document and told us their e-mail address in a Direct Message – the e-mail address is necessary to verify that you did sign the NDA, so we can send out your key.
Prize:
Winners will be selected from all participants by a jury consisting of Kalypso Media Group employees.
1 Steam key will be awarded per platform where the community competition is held.

Legal recourse is excluded. The draw and notification of the winners will take place on July 30th by Direct Message to the winner. Participants ensure that they are able to receive Direct Messages and, by participating, agree to be contacted by Kalypso for the purpose of prize notification.
​
The prize in the form of a digital Closed Beta key ("Keys") for "Sudden Strike 5" for PC [Steam] will be sent via Direct Message to the winner.
If participants do not respond to the prize notification within 7 days, or if the Closed Beta has already ended before the winner responds, the prize will be forfeited without substitution. Legal recourse is excluded. If the mandatory NDA is not agreed and signed by the winner with their e-mail address, the key cannot be sent.

The value of the prize is non-monetary as the ‘Closed Beta Test’ is not a product that is sold anywhere, and thus there is no estimate of its pecuniary value. Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or any other monetary stand-in.

Legal:
The Competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Kalypso Media Group reserves the right to cancel the Competition or modify its rules at any time. Kalypso Media Group reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose entry or conduct appears in any way to inhibit the enjoyment of others, tamper with the competition; violate the aforementioned rules, infringe on the rights of third parties, or act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Decisions made on behalf of Kalypso Media Group are final.

Privacy:
Kalypso Media Group stores and processes the personal data collected as part of the competition solely for the purpose of conducting the competition. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties, unless this is necessary for sending the prizes, and will not be sold. Further information can be found in our privacy policy. Participants expressly agree to the above-mentioned storage and processing of their data.
